Endo Lipolysis is a cutting-edge, non-surgical laser treatment designed to tighten skin, reduce fat, and sculpt facial contours with minimal downtime. How Does Endo Lipolysis Work?
Endo Lipolysis works by inserting a single-use, ultra-thin fibre-optic wire beneath the skin into the hypodermis. This wire, thinner than a human hair, transmits laser energy that selectively targets water and fat cells. The energy causes controlled heating, which contracts the skin, stimulates collagen and elastin production, and emulsifies small fat deposits.
No incisions are required, and the treatment is performed under local anaesthetic. The laser's thermal effect tightens the skin and defines contours, especially in areas like the jowls, jawline, and under the eyes. The melted fat is either naturally absorbed by the body or metabolised. The entire treatment usually takes around 75 minutes including numbing time.

- Avoid makeup and jewellery on the day of your treatment.
- Refrain from using active creams (e.g. retinol) for 7 days before.
- Avoid facial laser treatments for at least 4 weeks prior.
- No alcohol, saunas, steam rooms, or heavy exercise for 48 hours post-treatment.
- Swelling and redness may occur but typically subside within 24-48 hours.
- Full results appear between 8-24 weeks, with continued improvement for up to 6 months.
- Flying is safe but may temporarily increase swelling.
